【仕事内容】
当社コールセンターにて、
営業・オペレーターの管理・育成・品質向上など幅広い業務をお任せします。
【具体的には】
- インサイドセールス中心の営業業務
- シフト作成・人員配置などの人員計画
- 採用活動や新人研修の企画・実施
- 業務評価、定期面談によるフィードバック
- クレーム対応やマニュアル改善など品質管理
- チームの雰囲気づくり、ストレスケアや定例MTGの実施

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥43,000〜¥60,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
