【お仕事内容】

新電力の契約に関する事務業務全般をお任せします

【具体的には…】

・電話での問い合わせ対応(一次受付中心です)

・見積書の作成

・システムを使った契約管理や登録業務

・外部HPへの託送申込業務

・電力設備の工事に関する入力や業者さんとのやり取り

※データ入力40%・電話一次受付30%・データ管理30%と、バランスの取れた業務内容です

【必須スキル】

Office系ソフト(Word・Excelなど)の基本的な操作ができればOK

【歓迎スキル・経験】

・データ整理や報告書作成の経験がある方

・電力業界での業務経験がある方

・営業事務の経験がある方
