障がい者グループホームで、入居者様が日常生活を送るためのサポートをお任せします。
<具体的には…>
7月に新規開設した、男性専用(定員3人)の障がい者グループホームです。
- 戸締り、火の確認、施設内清掃
- 入居者様がお風呂に入っているか確認
(入浴介助はなし)
- 入居者様の就寝サポート
(寝る前のお薬の確認有)
- 入居者様の人間関係の相談対応
(施設内・職場内など)
- 朝食作り、起床サポート、ゴミ出し
- 就労先・通所先へ入居者様を送り出し
- 朝食の片付け
- 申し送りノートへ連絡事項を記載
など。
介護・福祉業界が未経験の方でも、お仕事はイチからしっかりお教えします。
定期的に研修を行うので、スキルアップも可能
障がい者福祉について、とても勉強になる環境です。

- 福祉関連の資格をお持ちの方は歓迎

勤務時間詳細
- 夜間
- 16:00~翌9:00(実働14h)
- 休憩3h(16~22時の間に1h+22~翌5時の間に2h)
- 日勤:平日、土日、祝日
10:00~16:00(実働5h)休憩1h
- 深夜勤:22:00~翌5:00(実働5h)休憩2h
複数の時間帯兼務できる方は歓迎します

給与詳細
基本給:時給 1300円 〜

- 22:00~翌5:00は時給1625円~
