This is a first in Japan position to lead, build and expand the local Solution Engineering team, working directly with regional leadership.

Your responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to align security solutions with customer needs and drive successful proof-of-concept engagements
Develop and execute a regional SE strategy aligned with global leadership goals
Act as a technical escalation point and contribute directly to high-impact opportunities
Mentor and coach a team of Solution Engineers, fostering growth and excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
Support recruitment and onboarding of new SEs, and contribute to business development efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Support, and Sales Operations to influence product direction and go-to-market strategies
