We are seeking a passionate and proficient Japanese-speaking intern to join our AI business team.
In this role, you will play a crucial bridging function, directly participating in the testing and optimization of our globally leading AI Agent products.
As a key member of the team, you will assist in communication with Japanese clients and partners.This is an excellent opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the application of AI technology in real-world business scenarios and rapidly enhance your cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities- AI Agent Product Testing & Optimization
Be responsible for the systematic testing of our AI Agent products for the Japanese market, including but not limited to functionality, dialogue logic, localization adaptation, and user experience evaluation.
During testing, keenly identify and document issues with AI responses, cultural misunderstandings, or logical errors within the Japanese context, providing concrete optimization suggestions and dialogue examples.
Assist the team in building and maintaining a high-quality repository of Japanese dialogue test cases and knowledge bases.- Client Communication & Meeting Support
Participate in online/offline meetings with Japanese clients and partners, providing translation and communication support to ensure the accuracy of technical discussions and requirement transmission.
Assist in compiling meeting minutes and clearly translate client feedback, requirements, and usage scenarios into internal documentation and optimization tasks for the product team.
- Marketing Events & Project Support
Support online and offline marketing events for the Japanese market, such as exhibitions and product launches, which may include material preparation, live demonstrations, client reception, and needs collection.
Assist the team with day-to-day tasks related to the Japanese market.Qualifications
Language Skills:
Native-level Japanese, or possess exceptional proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or above, with fluent speaking and precise, idiomatic written expression.
Location & Mobility:
Must be based in Tokyo, Japan and be able to accept short-term domestic business trips as required.
