▼具体的な業務内容
受託事業のプロジェクトリーダーとして、商談?要件定義?チーム推進?納品までを一貫してお任せします。営業やPMと連携しながら、顧客の課題解決に直結するWebシステム開発をリードしていただくポジションです。
・顧客との打ち合わせ、要件ヒアリング
・見積り作成、提案資料の準備
・技術選定
・プロジェクト計画立案、進行・課題管理
・チームメンバーの育成、フォロー
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
・開発経験がある方(5年以上)
・基本設計以上の上流工程の経験ある方(2年以上)
・チームリーダーおよびプロジェクトリーダー経験がある方
