地方の中小企業に対し、
DX推進におけるフロント責任者(相談役・実行支援パートナー)として参画いただきます。
ツール導入ありきではなく、
経営・業務課題を整理した上で、最適な改善施策を設計・推進する役割です。
<主な業務内容>
- クライアント企業との定期ミーティング(顧問契約先が中心)
- 経営者・部門責任者・現場担当者へのヒアリングおよび課題整理
- DXツール・業務改善施策の企画立案および提案
- デジタルカレッジ(研修・講座)での登壇・内容説明
- ノーコードツール/業務ツールの導入設計・活用支援
- エンジニア・社内メンバーと連携した要件整理・進行管理
※ 実装・開発作業をすべて担うポジションではありません
※ 課題整理・提案・推進・関係者連携が主なミッションとなります
【1日の流れ(例)】
- 9:00 業務開始/社内ミーティング(進捗・案件共有)
- 10:00 提案資料・業務整理資料の作成
- 11:00 クライアント企業とのMTG・ヒアリング
- 13:00 エンジニア/社内メンバーとの打ち合わせ
- 14:00 業務終了
※ 稼働時間・稼働日は案件内容やMTGに応じて調整あり
※ 業務委託のため、柔軟な稼働が可能です
【参画後の流れ(業務委託)】① インプット期間(約30時間)
- デジタルカレッジの講座内容・支援方針の理解
- クライアントからの相談に対し、自立して説明・整理ができる状態を目指します
※ ノーコード操作研修ではなく、支援内容理解が目的です
※ インプット期間中は時給が変動する可能性があります
② 研修・クライアントMTGへの同席
- 既存案件に参画し、進行方法・提案スタイルを把握
- 段階的にフロント業務を引き継ぎます
③ 単独でのフロント対応・登壇
- クライアント対応・研修登壇・DX支援を主担当として実施
- 希望・スキル・稼働状況に応じて案件をアサイン

求める人材:
【必須要件】
※ 実務経験がある方のみ対象となります
- コンサルティング、法人営業、またはプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験(3年以上)
- 経営者・役員・事業責任者など、意思決定権を持つ層との直接折衝経験
- クライアントの業務課題を構造的に整理し、改善施策として提案・実行に関与した経験
- 以下いずれかのツールを、業務改善・DX文脈で実務利用した経験
- Google Workspace
- kintone
- ノーコードツール(AppSheet 等)
- リモート環境下でも、MTG設計・進行・提案までを自走できるコミュニケーション能力

- DX推進、業務改革、IT導入プロジェクトにおけるフロント担当経験
- 中小企業・地方企業向けの伴走型コンサルティング経験
- 業務フロー整理(As-Is / To-Be)や業務可視化の実務経験
- 研修・勉強会・講座などでの登壇・講師・ファシリテーション経験
- CRM/SFA/BIツールの導入・定着支援経験
- エンジニア・外部ベンダーとの要件整理・調整経験
- 複数案件を並行してマネジメントした経験
