お客様のオーダーに応じたOEM商品の

企画開発をお任せします。

【具体的な業務】

・商品開発

・企画開発立案

・試算書・製品仕様書作成

・既存商品のサンプル作成

・製造依頼書作成

・レシピの管理・調整

・営業資料作成・営業サポート など。

OEM商品の開発のほかに、

展示会で提案をするための企画考案や

社内プレゼンテーションを行います。

入社後は定番商品を中心に、

基礎知識を身に付けていただきます。

他部署との関りも多く、

いろんな意見・アイデアを取り入れながら

業務に取り組めるため

一心商事株式会社は1977年に創業の歴史ある企業で

2023年4月、名古屋市中川区に新たな社屋が完成し、

業務用のインスタントティーのメーカーとして

業界トップクラスのシェアを誇っています。

中でも当社では99%のOEM商品を製造。

このOEM生産で大手外食チェーンや

有名コーヒーショップの商品の製造を手掛けています。

2021年にはHACCPの認証を取得、

2025年にはISO22000国際規格を取得しました。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間、休憩60分)

※土曜出勤の場合は9:00~17:00(月1回、休憩あり)

◎残業ほぼなし

基本的に定時退社をしていますので

メリハリある働き方ができます

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(土・日 ※毎月最終土曜日のみ出社)、祝日

月給25万円~27万円

※給与は、能力・知識・経験等を考慮して決定いたします。
