募集職種 

本ポジションは、日本の法律に則り弊社ビジネスが円滑に進み拡大していくための法律における支援をしていただきます。 

主な業務内容 

  • 日本における事業運営(eCommerce、商品、オペレーション、HR、コンプライアンスなど)に関わる、さまざまな法務・コンプライアンス業務を遂行する。 
  • 様々なステークホルダーと契約について助言や、起案、交渉を行う 
  • 新規事業及び新商品のローンチサポート 
  • Business、Product、Operations チーム、Compliance、Global Procurement、Finance など、社内の関連部門と密接かつ協力的に連携し、プロジェクトや全社的な取り組みを推進する。 
  • 必要に応じて外部法律事務所と連携し、指示を行う。 

    • 応募資格 

    基本資格 

  • 日本での弁護士資格を有し、登録済みであること 
  • 資格取得後8年以上の法務経験  
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力

  • 積極的に学び、新しい領域や課題に挑戦する意欲

  • 事業会社未経験も歓迎 
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
