Position Overview

We are seeking talented Software Design Engineers to join our Financial Development Center. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing financial software solutions that align with our company's objectives and serve our clients effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software systems tailored for financial applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for financial projects.
• Implement robust coding practices and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends in software development and financial systems.
• Participate in project planning sessions and contribute to technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of database management systems and experience with SQL.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Japanese business communication skill (N2 Level)

Desired Experience

• Previous experience in financial software development or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with Agile development practices is a plus.
• Track record of successful project delivery from conception to deployment.

Salary & Benefits

The annual salary for this position is competitive within the industry and is expressed in Yen (¥ - Japan).

Estimated annual salary : JPY3,500,000 - JPY7,500,000 (Based on experiences and skills)
