国内最大手クラスの総合小売グループにて、20年以上稼働してきたスクラッチ基幹システムをSAP S/4HANA Retailへ全面刷新する超大規模プロジェクトです。
本プロジェクトは単なるシステム移行ではなく、
仕入・在庫・物流・販売を含む サプライチェーン全体の業務変革 を目的としています。
リアルタイム経営・データドリブンな意思決定基盤の構築を目指し、
日本の商習慣と SAP のグローバル標準を高次元で融合させる、難易度の高いフェーズです。
SAP S/4HANA Retail を「導入する」のではなく、
事業にフィットさせ"使いこなす"側として深く関与できる希少案件となります。
■作業内容
SAP SD/MM領域のリーダーまたは中核メンバーとして、以下を担当いただきます。
・現行業務プロセス(As-Is)の分析、課題整理
・SAP標準機能を前提としたTo-Be 業務プロセスの設計・提案
・Fit & Gap分析およびギャップ対応方針の策定
・SAP SD/MMのパラメータ設計・設定
・テスト計画の策定、テスト実施、データ移行支援
・業務部門(商品・店舗・経理など)との調整、合意形成
・他モジュールチーム(FI/CO等)との連携
※ご経験に応じて、以下もお任せする可能性があります
・PM/PMO業務(進捗・課題・リスク管理、横断的な意思決定支援)
■必須条件
・小売業における仕入・在庫管理業務の知見
・SAP SDまたはMMの導入経験(要件定義〜本稼働まで)
・長期(目安:1年半以上)で大規模プロジェクトにコミット可能な方
・主体的に課題を見つけ、関係者を巻き込みながら推進できる方
■尚可条件
・SAP S/4HANA Retail導入経験
・事業会社側(情シス等)でのプロジェクト推進経験
・小売業における会計業務(売上/仕入/在庫評価)の理解
・5億円以上規模のプロジェクトでの PM/PMO 経験
■契約・報酬条件
・開始時期:即日〜長期
※1月開始要員も検討可
・単価:120〜150万円(スキル見合い)
・勤務地:千葉県内(リモート併用)
・リモート頻度:リモート/出社ハイブリッド
※フェーズにより出社比率変動あり(柔軟に対応可能な方歓迎)
