仕事内容:
業務内容】
国内外の半導体メーカー、半導体装置メーカーへのサービス(立上げ、メンテナンス、不具合対応作業)や作業委託会社及び当社の海外現地法人エンジニアへの技術指導を行います。開発・設計部門と連携を取り、現地顧客や装置メーカーの要望を理解し、社内へフィードバックを行い、顧客に喜ばれる製品・サービス作りに貢献する業務となります。現在は東京(羽田本社)から、お客様のある日本各地、海外各地(アメリカ、台湾、シンガポール、ドイツ)に出張ベースでの対応となります。業務の中で英語を活用する場面が多々あります。夜勤は発生しません。

【当部門の役割・業務概要・魅力】
2023年1月に新組織として誕生した部門であり、製品としても半導体市場に新規参入製品となります。このチラー装置の半導体産業での需要は、2030年に1,100億円の市場(2025年予測:700億円)とされています。また、製品内の冷媒ガスは世界的環境規制が始まり、環境対応も求められる製品となります。現在この市場へ、弊社新製品は環境面(カーボンニュートラル対応)・性能面(省エネ)の優位性を自負しており、世界シェアNo1獲得を目指して、事業スタートしております。これから事業を創っていく段階であり、チャレンジングな業務となりますが、新規事業の創立メンバーとして、開拓者精神をお持ちの方のご応募を期待しております。現在のメンバーは、キャリア入社の方、社内公募で自ら志願した方など、様々なバックグラウンドをお持ちの方が、活躍されております。

建築・産業カンパニー 産業事業統括部産業チラー事業ビジネスユニット部営業推進課
新規事業につき、当初の所属は営業推進課となります。事業拡大時に、フィールドサービス部門を新設予定です。

部門の在宅勤務実施状況:週1日程度在宅勤務
勤務補足:海外・国内の半導体デバイスメーカーの工場(納入先)にて、チラーに対するサービス(国内顧客での立上げ、メンテナンス、不具合対応、海外顧客においては現地法人エンジニアへの指導)を行うエンジニア。
