「生産ラインに関わる自動化・省力化の制御設計エンジニア」のポジションの求人です
【募集背景】
萩原エンジニアリング(HEG)は、画像処理技術を用い、極薄のものを通電するように接合する技術に強みを持ちます。これまで、半導体、液晶など、電機や精密機械の大手メーカーの微細な製品の製造・検査に求められる高性能の自動装置の主に企画・開発・製作してきました。
2022年9月、電子デバイスおよび電子機器の販売ならびにFA機器の製造販売を行う技術商社である萩原電気ホールディングスにジョインしました。これにより、HEGは自動車メーカーや部品メーカーの生産設備における計測ソリューションに強みを持つグループ会社と連携し、新たに自動車の生産ラインの自動化ソリューションを担うキーマシンの企画、設計、開発にも販路を拡大しています。
自動車のハイブリッド・EV化や、工場の人手不足解消の切り札と考えられるスマートファクトリーの時流にあって、HEGが培ってきた機械、制御、画像処理、電気のコア技術を用いた自動化装置のビジネスチャンスが広がっており、機械設計や制御設計のエンジニア採用を強化しています。
【業務詳細】
■自動車、電機、精密機械等大手メーカーのスマートファクトリー化のキーマシン(自動装置)の制御設計
ユーザー(顧客)のニーズを具現化するために、機械設計者が行う自動装置の構想設計の段階から連携していきます。
~ 受注後 ~
・機械を動かすための電源周りの企画・設計
回路図、結線図の作成、シーケンサ/PLCでのプログラミング、マンマシンインターフェース、タッチパネルの企画・設計
・完成した自動装置へのインストール/デバッグ作業
・動作確認
・ユーザーでの復元確認、取り扱い説明、試運転の立ち合い
・セレモニーへの参加
・オペレーティングマニュアルの作成

■シーケンサ/PLCの経験
■CADの経験

■PLCを使用した制御・モーションシステムの設計/開発経験
■制御ハード回路の設計、マンマシンインターフェースの設計(タッチパネル作画)等の自動装置に関わる制御設計経験

【給与】
年収 675 ~ 942 万円
※給与詳細は経験・年齢・前年収等により総合的に判断し決定します。
