仕事内容:

【WEB広告やメタ広告事業の採用人事担当】

仕事内容:当社の人事部門にて、採用業務全般をご担当いただきます。

まずは中途や新卒採用業務をメインにしつつ、将来的には採用企画などの上流の部分もお任せし、採用人事部門でご活躍頂く予定です。

社内のWEBクリエイターと連係し、密にコミュニケーションをとりながら、会社の将来を担う人材を獲得することを目指しています。

・求人要項の作成、要件定義

・候補者対応、媒体選定、選考、クロージングといった一連の採用フロー対応

・候補者様との面談対応

・母集団形成のための企画立案やイベント実施

給与:

月給 250,000円 ~ 420,000円 

(※想定年収 3,000,000円 ~ 5,000,000円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。

※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 40,000円

みなし残業時間 20時間

【試用期間】試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

年収例

3,500,000円 / 入社1年目・未経験 26歳

4,000,000円 / 入社3年目・サブリーダー 29歳

5,000,000円 / 入社6年目・チームリーダー 32歳
