三菱電機グループで

エレベーターなどのメーカー企業で

総務部門のスタッフを1名募集しています

今回の仕事内容は

会社全体が円滑に運営されるように支える

「会社の何でも屋・縁の下の力持ち」的な役割です

関わる総務事務を担当していただきます

基本的には総務事務庶務として

備品発注や来客対応、会議室の取得確認など

今回退職者が1名発生したため

引継期間もありますし、

周囲の方もベテランの方も多く

しっかりサポートしてくれるので

安心してください

わからないことは

その都度確認ができる環境です

髪型・髪色もTPOに合わせて

節度があればOKです

経理のお仕事の経験がある方、

事務経験者の方も歓迎

主婦・主夫歓迎

他業種からキャリアチェンジした方が

活躍して着実に事務スキルを積んでいます

総務部門で事務庶務業務中心にたずわっていただきます

〇庶務業務

電話・来客対応

郵便物の仕分け

文房具や備品の発注

会議室の予約・準備

〇 データ入力・書類管理

社員情報の入力

契約書・社内文書の整理など

※高度なPCスキルはなくても大丈夫です

  • 基本操作(入力・保存・印刷)ができればOK

〇そのほか、支社長秘書業務

スケジュール管理が主となり、

会議・出張・来客の予定調整や

他部署・取引先との日程調整など担当していただきます

※ダブルブッキング防止、優先順位の整理が必要となります
