仕事内容:
製造業特化型の人材紹介事業を中心に人材サービスを展開している企業です。
主なる業務は、スタッフを求めている製造業の現場と、仕事を探している求職者をマッチングさせることです。
<具体的な業務の流れ>
*求職者と面談
求人媒体を通して、日々たくさんのお問い合わせがあります。1日あたり約10名と電話で面談を実施し、一回あたり15~30分ほどで対応します。勤務地など希望の条件を聞くだけでなく、価値観や将来の夢など可能な限り深くヒアリングし、求職者1人1人のキャリアをコンサルティングしていきます。
*案件紹介
取引している紹介先の中から、案件を検索。求職者の状況を考慮して、ピッタリの仕事を紹介します。紹介先が決まったらフォーマットにそって紹介状を作成します。
*フォロー
求職者に対して面接結果はどうでしたか?」「分からないことはありませんか?」など定期的に連絡し、問題なく仕事がスタートできるように手伝いましょう。また、紹介先に対して「要件よりも年齢は高いですが、スキルが高い方なのでぜひ面接してほしいです」など、求職者の推しポイントを伝えたり、交渉したりします。
・担当した求職者が現場に定着したら、コーディネーターの実績になります。
・月15~20名をマッチング~定着させることが目標。コツコツ取り組めば、問題なく達成できる数字です。
・電話やメールでのコミュニケーションが中心。基本的に外出や対面面接はありません。
