仕事内容:

タイルの形作り、プレス成形、加工業務における現場での工程管理をお願いします。 製造業での工場内作業の経験を活かし、今後、現場を任せていけるような方を募集します。

現場で働くスタッフたちとコミュニケーションを取りながら仕事を進めるので、お客様やスタッフ間との折衝経験がある方はすぐに活躍できます

経験に応じて、仕事を任せていきますので、管理者は初めてという方でも無理なくスキルアップできます。

タイル製造は「色」「形」「機能」「作業性」を兼ね備えたモノづくりの仕事

自分が一から手掛けた商品が世の中に出ていく楽しさ・やりがいを感じることのできるお仕事です。

業務によりフォークリフトを扱います。

月給:264,700円~330,400円

昇給あり:年1回
