【仕事内容】

社会福祉法人熊谷福祉の里が運営する

「ケアハウス クイーンズビラ」にて、 施設ケアマネジャー業務をお任せします。

<具体的には>

・ ケアマネジャー業務(ケアプラン作成など)

・ 入居者様(最大50名)の健康管理サポート

・ 介護業務ヘルプ (食事・入浴・排泄・身体介助など)

・ 送迎業務

・ その他、事業所が指示する付随業務

最新の見守りシステム導入予定など、

職員の負担を減らす取り組みも進めており、

"利用者様に全力で向き合える環境"を整備しています。

【勤務時間】 08:30~17:30 (休憩60分)

残業は月平均10時間程度と少なめです

【給与】

月給 250,500円 〜

<給与内訳>

・ 基本給:180,000円~

・ 資格手当:8,000円~10,000円

・ 職務手当:3,000円

・ 奨励手当:59,500円~

昇給あり(月あたり0円~1,200円/実績)

賞与あり(年2回/計3.00ヶ月分/実績)

<別途支給手当>

・ 通勤手当(実費支給/上限月額25,000円)

・ 夜勤手当(1回5,000円/深夜割増含む)

・ 扶養手当(配偶者15,000円、子1人5,000円)

・ 住宅手当・ 早番手当、遅番手当
