主な職務/責任

  • 技術的専門知識: 当社の製品とサービスの専門家となり、それらの技術的側面を効果的に顧客に伝え、定期的なコミュニケーションと現地訪問を通じて強力な顧客関係を構築します。
  • 製品デモンストレーション: 当社の提供価値を示すために製品デモンストレーションを行い、顧客サイトでのPoCコンセプト検証プロセスをリードします。
  • ロボットの設置とサポート: ロボットの設置、フィールドサポート、メンテナンスを担当し、顧客にロボットの使用方法を教えます。製品の性能やメンテナンスに関する問題を予測するために製品テストを実施し、将来の参照のためにすべての問題と修正措置を正確に文書化します。
  • 顧客関係管理: 定期的な相互作用を通じて積極的に顧客関係を管理し、フィードバックを収集し、総合的な顧客体験を向上させます。
  • パートナーの募集と管理: リセラー、ディストリビューター、バリューアドドパートナーなど、新しいチャネルパートナーを特定し、オンボードし、会社の市場到達範囲を拡大します。既存のパートナーとの強力な関係を維持し、セールス機会を最大化します。
  • セールスサポート: セールスプロセス全体で顧客に技術サポートを提供し、必要に応じてポストセールスサポートを提供します。
  • 文書作成: 顧客向けの包括的な技術文書とレポートを作成します。
  • 市場動向: 業界のトレンドと競合他社の活動についての情報を常に把握し、市場の理解を向上させます。

必要なスキル・能力・資格・必須要件

  • 開発経験3〜5年。
  • フードサービス業界またはPOSシステム、オンラインフードデリバリー企業などのホスピタリティソフトウェア企業で最低3年の経験。
  • 複雑な技術的概念を理解し、説明できる強力な技術的バックグラウンド
  • 優れたコミュニケーションとプレゼンテーションスキル
  • 顧客志向の姿勢を持ち、優れたサービス提供をする情熱を持っていること
  • 独立して作業し、異なる職能部門と協力できる能力

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Become an expert in our products and services, effectively communicate their technical aspects to customers, and build strong customer relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and lead PoC (Proof of Concept) processes at customer sites.
  • Robot Installation and Support: Handle robot installation, field support, maintenance, and provide training to customers on how to use robots. Conduct product tests to predict performance or maintenance issues and accurately document all issues and corrective actions for future reference.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proactively manage customer relationships by interacting regularly to gather feedback and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Partner Recruitment and Management: Identify and onboard new channel partners, such as resellers, distributors, and value-added partners, to expand the company's market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process and offer post-sales support as needed.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and reports for customers.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance your understanding of the market.

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Food Service Industries or Hospitality Software Companies like POS systems, online food delivery companies.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

  • Previous hardware and Saas software experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
