【業務内容】
本ポジションは、エンタープライズ・トランスフォーメーションのプロフェッショナルとして、ターゲットアーキテクチャ(To Be)の実現をリードいただく魅力的な役割 です。主な期待役割は、ビジネス戦略とテクノロジービジョンを統合し、企業全体の最適化を推進することです。昨今、当社はレガシー環境からの脱却とデジタル活用の高度化を目指しており、ビジネス・アプリケーション・データ・インフラを横断した変革への取り組み を進めています。
具体的には以下のような業務をご担当いただきます。
・将来のあるべき姿(To Be)と移行ロードマップの策定・維持、および全社的な合意形成のリード
・レガシープロセス/システムの最適化および全体最適化に向けた戦略的課題への介入・解決
・Japan Chief Architect、各領域アーキテクト(データ/アプリ/インフラ)との連携によるEA統合ガバナンスの推進
・AI/ML・生成AIなど新技術の調査・評価、およびビジネス価値創出に向けた適用リード
・US グローバルアーキテクチャチームとの協働を通じた国際的なアライメント形成・実行支援

【組織概要】
当組織はプルデンシャルグループの中で エンタープライズアーキテクチャ(EA)と全社変革の推進を所管する戦略組織 であり、主に 全社横断のIT/ビジネス統合戦略の企画立案と実行 を担っています。部署全体は 少数精鋭のアーキテクトチーム により構成され、グローバル・ローカル双方と密に連携しながら変革を推進する点が大きな特徴です。組織ミッションは グループ全体のターゲットアーキテクチャ(To Be)の実現と、それを支える統合環境の構築 であり、スピードと協働性を重視した組織運営を行っています。今後は事業戦略の高度化に伴い、データ・アプリケーション・テクノロジー領域を含むエンタープライズ全体の最適化 をさらに加速し、持続的成長につながる変革をリードしていきます。
【応募要件】
・10年以上のテクノロジー領域におけるリーダーシップ経験、および EA またはソリューションアーキテクチャの実務経験
・ビジネス戦略と IT 戦略を統合したターゲットアーキテクチャ/ロードマップ策定の実務経験
・レガシー環境の刷新やエンタープライズ横断の最適化プロジェクトを主導した経験
・CIO/エグゼクティブ/アーキテクトとの合意形成を含む組織横断のステークホルダーマネジメント能力
・英語での議論・交渉を含むグローバルコミュニケーション能力(US と日常的に会話できるレベル)
・日本語による高度な説明力・交渉力(社内合意形成を主導できるレベル)
・金融・保険業界におけるビジネスプロセス/システムの深い理解
・アジャイル組織/アジャイル開発の導入または実践経験
・AI/ML、生成AI、クラウドアーキテクチャなど先端技術の評価・導入経験
・アーキテクチャガバナンス(EARB 等)の運営またはレビュー経験
・複数領域(アプリ/データ/インフラ)をまたぐ横断的イニシアチブのリード経験
