Main Responsibilities:
1.Develop, grow and maintain successful customer relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers within the region, understand customer DNA and decision making process and provide information to internal organization through the official channels from S&OP.
Explore the market and technology trends, competitive new products collecting and screening and share it in the organization for further reflection and analysis. Create competitor profiling. Drive the shape of our future portfolio. Outlook, which gaps to fill with new products, which products do not fit in the future portfolio. Direct the organization with the right USP's needed for the future products.
Explore the customer needs and direct customers to our solutions and proposals. Push for co-development opportunities with customers that will lead in future business growth.
4.Support the investigation of the TOP/down market assessment (addressable/accessible/target L&P) for new ideas and current ongoing developments. Match & review those top/downs assessments with specific 10y business outlook to define the value of our innovation pipeline.
5.Agree with engineering the readiness of new developments for promotion. Prepare all needed promotion materials (presentation, samples, systems (=seats, etc..), animations… Organize techdays, participate exhibitions or speak at international conferences about our new developments and our key L&P values.
In agreement with the Sales organization, create the customer prioritization and customer roadmap/attack plan.
Facilitate new product awards by pushing the organization to eliminate all possible cross departmental roadblocks
(such as no clear investment plan vs sales projection, negotiate customer product needs that make no sense, etc…)
- Close monitoring of global market pricing and commercial intelligence for new developments. Block extreme low or high quotes towards customers.
