POINT

  • 1日しっかり歩き回るアクティブワーク
  • スピード感重視・立ち作業が中心
  • 周囲を見ながら動く作業が多め
  • 週2日~OK

※最初の約1ヶ月は週5日勤務必須

  • 残業ほぼなし
  • 百貨店内の社員食堂利用OK
  • 半年後、派遣先で直接雇用の可能性あり

~お仕事について~

百貨店に入荷した商品を、

館内の各ショップへ

次々と運ぶお仕事です。

台車は使用しますが、

館内を広く動き回る作業が中心。

1日中歩くため、

体力を使う仕事が好きな方向けです。

作業自体はシンプルで、

「覚えたらあとは黙々」

「考えすぎず、テンポよく動く」

そんな働き方が合う方にピッタリ。

~勤務について~

最初の1ヶ月ほどは、

売り場配置や動線を覚えるため

週5日勤務が必須となります。

一通り覚えた後は、

週2日~の勤務でOK。

ただし、

「体を動かす仕事に慣れている方」

「安定して入れる方」

が活躍しやすい環境です。

~職場の雰囲気~

・テキパキ動くスタッフが多め

・無駄な会話は少なめ

・自分の作業に集中しやすい

・体力を使う分、時間が過ぎるのが早い
