仕事内容


グループ全体の事業運営を統括・支援する社長直轄の部署にて、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

・グループ会社の管理・統括支援

・各部門・各部署間の横断的な調整・情報連携

・経営層との協議・各種資料作成・調整業務

会社全体を俯瞰しながら、効率的かつ戦略的な運営の土台づくりに携わっていただきます。

※将来的には、担当領域の専門性を深めつつ、他領域にも関与いただく可能性があります。

求めている人材

  • 必須スキル・経験

・調整・折衝業務の経験(社内外問わず)

・基本的なビジネススキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

・自ら課題を捉え、改善に取り組める方

・社内外との丁寧で柔軟なコミュニケーションができる方

・様々な部署と連携し、円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

  • 歓迎条件

・経営企画・事業企画・総務企画などの実務経験

・グループ会社の管理やPMO(プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス)の経験

・経営層との調整経験がある方

・会社・事業の成長に向けて自ら考え、行動できる方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

勤務時間:10:00~19:00

※固定勤務時間の前後は相談に応じます。

休憩時間:1時間

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万1900円 〜 26万6650円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万3100円 〜 8万3350円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間 〜 40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
