We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Media Manager to join a brilliant, super fast growing Digital Agency in Tokyo.

As the Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing the performance of digital channels, and driving online traffic to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is also keen to build, grow and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and lead generation.
  • Oversee the performance of digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Build, lead and motivate a small team while also being the main POC for the client.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a lead or management role. Minimum 3 years' experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and comfortable in front of clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
