アバナードのアドバイザリー部門は、クライアントの経営・業務・ITを横断的に支援する役割を担っています。今後、公共領域においては、クライアントと共に実務を推進し、かつ戦略的に全体最適を図ることのできるPMO人材を継続的に確保・育成することが急務です。そのため今回、さらなる体制強化のためにPMOを募集いたします。主な職務内容
クライアントと競合のビジネスモデルを分析し、エグゼクティブに対するアドバイスを提供
ビジネスモデルとデジタル改善アプローチの理解を深め、エグゼクティブとの対話を導く
マーケットの機会と競争上の課題をフレーム化する情報を提供し、意思決定をサポート

スキルと経験
優れたコミュニケーションスキルをベースに、社内外での自発的な貢献が求められます。プロジェクトにおいては、複雑かつ困難な状況下で、さまざまな問題の解決手法の習熟や、経験に基づく判断が求められます。付け加えるならば、それら日々の業務や経験を通じ、自らの成長を貪欲に求めるメンタリティも、当社または当該職種においては必要な要件と言えます。
求められる経験・スキル:
・ITプロジェクトにおけるPMO/PM/PLいずれかの経験
・システム開発ライフサイクル全般の理解(要件定義~運用移行)
・進捗・課題・リスク・品質管理の実務経験
・発注者・ベンダー双方との調整力、交渉力、ドキュメンテーション力
