Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellent Representative (CER) + Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing Titanium Technologies (TT) business team. This position will be available at Tokyo, Japan and report directly to the AP Supply Chain Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Primary Function

  • Complete End to End Sales Order Processing (COFP)
  • Handle, monitor and execute customer orders and shipment follow up
  • Work with Supply Chain on product availability and prepare inventory to Thailand warehouse to ensure customer's expected delivery date can be met
  • Follow up on AR collections
  • Replenishment of SKUs level in different warehouses
  • Monitor import shipment schedule and arrange some export shipment if any

Customer Excellence Rep

  • Handle/Monitor customer orders and coordinate with local resale and Indent shipments to Thailand customers.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales team, source, forwarders and logistic team for dispatch of orders and to secure vessel bookings.
  • Processing of Credit & Debit Notes, return shipment and Export shipment.
  • Provide monthly report/sales data to sales team
  • Verification of shipping documents and providing shipping documents to customer on time.
  • Handle and Resolve customer complaints or escalate the same to the concerned team as per Business process/policy. Proper tracking of complaints
  • Ensure no non-compliance case on import/export shipment or order handling.
  • Work with different team members on problem solving if any.
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned such as data submission for SOX compliance
  • Co-ordinate with local finance to follow up the on-time payment in case customer has delay payment. CER is the first person to request and negotiate with customer. If not, escalate the request to sales then report the potential past due list to business director and business finance
  • Manage annual inventory count and destruction and coordinate with local finance and external audit team
  • Reconcile month-end inventory (Thailand Warehouse vs SAP)
  • Update monthly exchange rate and share with Wipro and internal BU team including informing THB price to regular customers

Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and customers
  • Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory
  • Execute the SKU phase in/phase out plans collaboratively with customers/sales
  • Maintain and coordinates the relationship between Master Scheduler, Logistic Specialist and Demand Planner as well as ensuring integration with other Supply Chain Processes. DRP time periods are synchronized with Master Production Scheduling.
  • Reviews and acts upon plan exception messages from the daily re-planning of resources
  • Communicate production issues, supply changes deviations from plan and potential resolutions to Sales and Marketing
  • Analyze Customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with sales reps and customers to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.
  • Variable FPDE analysis
  • Ocean shipment schedule monitoring

The Following Is Required For This Role

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Commerce or Science)
  • Knowledge of SAP, Good Computer application skill
  • Minimum 5 years of Domestic and International Sales Order Processing
  • 3-4 years of experience in planning role
  • Import and Export Trading knowledge
  • Warehouse management experience
  • Fluent in Thai, English & good communications skills (speaking and writing)

The Following Is Preferred For This Role

  • Should have sound knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system with regards to Sales Order Processing and Supply Planning
  • SFDC
  • Well understand Sales Policy and Business process.
  • Well understand local requirements (Legal, Tax, Statutory requirements)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different parties to deliver the result.
  • Good engagement and problem-solving skill in proactive and positive attitudes
  • Good analysis, Judgment, and well organized to priority of works.
  • Able to work independently and minimum supervision.
