【業務内容】

ご利用者さまの 食事介助(スプーンでの介助・声かけ中心)

配膳・下膳のサポート

水分補給やおやつ提供

居室や共用部の 環境整備(清掃・消毒・タオル補充)

フロアでの 見守り・声かけ

軽い着替えや整容の補助

など

経験豊富な方はもちろん、経験が少ない方でも始めやすい業務内容です

【1日の流れ】

9:00〜9:30

出勤・申し送り確認

フロアや居室の環境整備(換気・タオル交換)

9:30〜11:00

居室や共有部の清掃・消毒

水分補給やお茶出し

11:00〜12:30

昼食準備(配膳・テーブルセッティング)

食事介助(必要な方へ声かけ・介助)

下膳・食器片付け

12:30〜14:00

食後の口腔ケア補助

フロアでの見守り・雑談

14:00〜15:30

居室巡回、軽い着替えや整容の補助

共用部の整理・備品補充

15:30〜16:00

おやつの準備・提供

16:00〜17:30

フロアでの見守り・声かけ

軽い清掃や環境整備

17:30〜18:00

夕食準備の補助(配膳・食事介助サポート)

申し送り・退勤

・介護福祉士:1900円~2150円

・初任者研修:1750円~1950円

・無資格:1400円~1600円

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

介護福祉士

資格がない方も半年以上のご経験があればOK♪

勤務時間・曜日:

週2日の方も週5日の方も大歓迎

勤務時間も8時間勤務はもちろん、時短勤務も相談可能です

【勤務時間例】

始業時間 16:00~/16:30~/17:00~

終業時間 ~翌9:00/~翌9:30/~翌10:00 など

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤のみ、曜日固定、週2日・・・などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します
