医療現場のデータ活用を支えるプラットフォームのアーキテクチャ設計・構築を担当いただきます。

当社は現在、医療DX推進のためのデータ利活用フレームワークを内製化する立ち上げフェーズにあり、クラウド専門家がほぼいない状況です。

そのため、AWSスキルを活かして設計の中核を担える方にとって非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。

・要件定義からハイレベル設計への落とし込み

PoC/PoV環境(AWS)の整備・改善提案

・内製化に伴う処理速度や情報提供の課題解決

事業部:ヘルスケアソリューション事業部

本部:サービスソリューション本部(兼務含め約30〜35名)

部門:サービスDX部(約14名)

配属先チーム(予定):プラットフォーム構築チーム(装置データを吸い上げ、エンジニアに新しいソリューションを提供)

メンバー:4〜5名(兼務含め6名程度)

平均年齢:一般社員は平均30代半ばです。

中途入社者:経験者採用は多く、2/3を占めています。

【キャリアパス】

当部の中で更なる役職UPを目指すこともでき、デジタル推進統括本部内の他部署へのローテーションでキャリアの幅を広げ、1on1等で最適なキャリア構築の目標設定も可能です。

1年目はシステムの保守を通し、現状の構築を理解し、システムアップデートの際の設計・構築の補助。3年目には、システム構成全体を把握の上、処理自動化の構築や監視・スケーリングの設計や実装。5年目以降はスペシャリストとして最新のAWSのサービスによるアーキテク者の提案・設計・構築を推進していただくことを考えていますが、適正やご希望を考慮して決めていけたらと考えています。

【働き方】

フルフレックス制度はコアタイムがなく、かつ出社と在宅のハイブリッドで働きやすい環境です。

在宅頻度:毎週木曜日をコミュニケーションの場として出勤日としていますが、それ以外は業務の都合等にあわせて在宅・出社を柔軟に活用いただけます。

L業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

L82,500円~本給額により変動。

時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。

L30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。
