仕事内容 経験豊富で細部までこだわるPMOコーディネーターを募集しています。PMOコーディネーターは、プロジェクト管理活動全般のサポート、特に技術管理会計の予算策定を担当します。進捗管理、レポーティング、ミーティングファシリテーション、ドキュメンテーション、リソース調整など、様々なプロジェクトマネジメント業務をサポートします。
主な責務:
- 技術管理会計プロジェクトの予算策定をサポート。
- 進捗管理、レポーティング、ミーティングファシリテーション、ドキュメンテーションなどのプロジェクト管理タスクのアシスト。
- 複数のプロジェクトやプロジェクト環境にまたがるリソースやコストの調整。
- 必要に応じて、プロジェクト関連タスクの管理サポートを提供する。
- 会議の議事録を作成し、関係者にタイムリーに配布する。
- ミーティングを進行し、プロジェクトチーム間の効果的なコミュニケーションを確保する。
- その他、プロジェクト関連の付随的な管理業務。
必要なスキルと資格:
- 開発またはPMO業務経験5年以上。
- PTT(プロジェクト、タスク、タイムライン)文書作成に習熟していること。
- 口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションを含む優れた英語コミュニケーションスキル。
- ネイティブレベルの日本語能力。
- 日常会話レベルの英語力望ましい資格。
- プロジェクトマネジメントの資格(PMP、PRINCE2など)があれば尚可。
- 多文化環境での勤務経験。
