仕事内容


【業務内容】

カーライフを基点にした自社サービス「cars」プロダクトの、

新規機能開発・運用保守業務をご担当いただきます。

自社サービスにおけるバグ報告やトラブルシューティングの効率化、

不具合分析などの業務改善も実施していただく想定です。

上場に向けIPO準備中のため、

責任感を持ってチームをボトムアップしてくださる方を求めています。

【具体的な業務イメージ】

  • 開発業務イメージ

・自社プロダクト開発における設計、開発、テスト、リリース、運用業務全般

・チーム内作業における自動化推進/ツール作成/DX推進等

  • 保守業務イメージ

・不具合発生時の調査、修正、テスト、リリースの実施

・機能改善のヒアリングと仕様策定、開発、テスト、リリースの実施

・カスタマーサポートからの問い合わせの調査、回答

【チーム体制】

チーム体制は20代~40代、7名のメンバーで構成され、協力し合いながら業務を進めています。

毎日チームMTGの時間を設けていますので、リモートワークでも安心して勤務いただけます。

チームリーダー :スケジュール、メンバー管理

開発エンジニア :6名 ※プロジェクトによって変動

【社内環境】

東京オフィス・渋谷スクランブルスクエア内WeWorkでの勤務に加え、テレワーク(在宅)での勤務も可能です。

また、メンバー同士目標達成に向けて助け合う温かな雰囲気の中、役職や部署に関わらず、意見も言いやすい風通しの良い環境です。

【必須(MUST)】

・当社のミッションへの共感

・AWSを利用したWEBサービス開発経験(目安として3年以上)

具体的には:以下のいずれかのご経験があり、開発要件に対して自身が設計・開発・テスト・リリースを一気通貫で経験したことがある方。

  • バックエンド領域
  • Webアプリ/API、バッチ処理の開発経験(目安として3年以上)
  • pythonを利用した開発経験

  • データベース設計の経験

  • フロントエンド領域

  • フロントエンドエンジニアとしての実務経験(目安として3年以上)
  • ・NuxtJSの利用経験
  • フロントエンドのアーキテクチャ設計経験

ご経験に合った分野からご担当いただき、フルスタックエンジニアや、新規サービス検討や要件定義などの上流工程へキャリアアップして頂くことも可能です。

固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

実働時間:8時間/日

・8:00~10:00の間に始業、実働8時間(休憩1時間)

・事業場外みなし労働適用

給与


年俸 円 ~ 円

支払い方法: 年俸の1/12を毎月支給

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:100,500円~155,800円

みなし残業時間:40.00時間

※前職のご経験、ポジション、待遇を考慮して決定いたします

※入社後は上流工程に携わるPM職、エンジニアとしてスペシャリストを目指すなど幅広いキャリアパスを描けます

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
