設備管理員

仕事内容

横浜BUNTAIの設備管理業務

・施設内の設備機器の保守点検および運転管理

・施設内の巡回点検

・各種業者立会い

・不具合発生時の一時対応

・報告書作成 など

『設備管理』とは、何もトラブルが起きない

「当たり前の日常」を守る仕事です。

そのため、仕様に基づいた点検等の

ルーティン作業から不具合発生時の対応等、

幅広い業務を担当いただきます。

小修繕作業も多く、働きながらスキル

アップができるため、建物管理の

スペシャリストを目指すことも可能です

資格・経験


<必須>

・PCスキル(ワード・エクセルの基本操作)

・高卒以上

<あれば尚可>

・設備管理の経験

・設備関係の資格

  • 建築物環境衛生管理技術者
  • 防災センター要員講習
  • 電気工事士、ボイラー技士
  • 電気主任技術者 など

もちろん未経験の方も大歓迎

給与


日給月給:240,000円~300,000円

※給与幅は経験・所持資格を考慮して決定します

※深夜手当、時間外手当は別途支給

勤務曜日・時間


①8:30~17:30

実働8時間、休憩1時間

②13:30~22:30

実働8時間、休憩1時間

③8:30~翌8:30

実働16時間、休憩仮眠8時間

①~③のシフトによるローテーション勤務

基本的には③の24時間勤務がメインとなります。

※1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(月平均40時間)

【設備管理】

ビル設備管理経験、ビルメンテナンス経験、消防設備士、

設備保全、ビル管理、配管工、電気工事士、電気主任技術者、

建築物環境衛生管理技術者、ボイラー、ビルメン、

マンション管理士、不動産管理等の経験の方。

20代から30代、40代、50代、60代まで幅広い世代が活躍中。

シニアから中高年の方も活躍中です。
