仕事内容:

化学品メーカーで、貿易事務をお願いします。

主に国内外取引に関連する書類作成や乙仲とのやり取り、受発注処理をお任せします。

その他、お客様先との納期調整や工場への生産依頼、売上入力も発生します。

メールでのやり取りがメインで、電話対応はありません。

メールの2割で英語を使用します。(メール件数:10件程度/日)

業務に慣れ次第、在宅勤務が可能です。

・国内外取引に関連する書類作成(インボイス、船積依頼書など)

・乙仲とのやり取り

・受発注処理

・お客様先との納期調整

・工場への生産依頼

・売上入力(基幹システム使用)
