【仕事内容】

貴方には事務職員として下記の業務を担当いただきます。

金融業務全般(貯金、融資、為替)、商品開発、余裕金運用など。

  • 融資業務

農業者や事業者、地域の方々の暮らしに必要な資金をご融資しております。

また、日本政策金融公庫などの代理店として、農業や生活等に必要な資金をご融資しております。

  • 為替業務

全国の関連店舗をはじめ、全国の銀行や信用金庫などとオンラインシステムで提携し、迅速かつ確実に為替の取り扱いをしております。

  • 余裕金運用業務

統合的なリスク管理により安全性、収益性、流動性を考慮しながら安定的な収益確保のため系統への預け金のほか公社債などの有価証券運用をしております。

【待遇】

・昇給年1回

・賞与あり年3回(夏・冬・春)支給 ※1年目は勤務期間に応じて計算
