仕事内容


社用車を使用して、ガス工事に関わる書類を官公庁等へ届けていただくお仕事をお任せします

・各種申請書の作成、内容確認

・官公庁、土地所有者への申請書及び関連書類の届出

・申請書類作成等の補佐

・電話応対

・その他事務的作業 等

子供の保育園入園をきっかけに、昼の時間を活かしたいと思い再就職を決意しました。

車の運転が好きだったこともあり、車を使ってできる仕事を探していたところ今の仕事の求人を見つけ応募しました。

私は元々人見知りしやすい性格でしたが、面接官の温かい対応に「ここなら安心して働ける」と感じたことが入社の決め手です。

現在は、ガス工事に必要な申請書類を行政へ届ける仕事を担当しており、きちんとガス工事の許可が下りたときには自分の仕事が社会に関わっていることを実感できます。

また、窓口に書類を届ける際は、担当の方と良好な人間関係築く為、笑顔で日常会話を交わすことも大切にしています。

これからも気持ちよく仕事ができる環境を作れるよう日々挑戦を続けていきたいと思います。

  • 勤務時間

9:00〜17:40

※休憩60分/実働7時間40分

※残業少なめ(繁忙期のみ月2~3時間程度発生する可能性あり)

  • 応募資格

・普通自動車第一種運転免許(AT限定可)

※運転に慣れている方(車両運転講習および試験あり)

・PCの基本操作のできる方

・学歴不問

・未経験OK
