仕事内容


【概要】

国内外の水力発電所における新設・更新・改修プロジェクトの現地工事計画、据付、試験、保守管理、品質・安全・納期管理を担当します。

【詳細】

・水力発電設備(水車・発電機・制御装置等)の現地据付・試験計画立案、工事管理、品質・安全・納期の現場マネジメント

・顧客・協力会社・社内関係者との調整・折衝

・プロジェクトの進捗管理、課題解決、現場改善提案

・将来的には施工管理技士やプロジェクトマネージャーへのキャリアパスあり

・国内外出張あり(海外案件への関与も可能)

求めるスキル・経験


【必須】

・プラント・設備・土木・建設等の現場経験または現地施工管理経験(1年以上)

・機械工学、材料力学、流体力学、電気工学、電子工学、情報工学のいずれかの知識

・安全・品質・納期管理に対する高い意識

【尚可】

・水力発電設備の現地工事・据付・試験管理経験

・一級電気施工管理技士 または 技術士(電気電子部門、建設部門)資格保有者

・英語力(TOEIC 600点以上)や海外案件経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・コミュニケーション力・リーダーシップ・課題解決力

諸手当

昇給/賞与

昇給:年1回
賞与:年2回(7月・12月)※業績連動型となります。

勤務時間

8:00~16:45(休憩:1時間、所定労働時間:7時間45分)

年間休日126日(2025年度)、週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始、特別休日
