仕事内容

設計士が描いたプランを、

専用ソフトで形にするサポート業務です。

リノベーションの裏側を支える

「専門事務」として

活躍していただきます。

図面修正・清書(CAD操作)

設計士の指示に基づき、

CADという設計専用ソフトを使って

間取り図をきれいに整える工程です。

パズルのように線を引く作業から

少しずつ慣れていけば大丈夫です。

申請書類の作成

役所に提出する大切な書類を決まった

形式に沿って作成します。

「建築確認申請」などの難しい名前も、

フォーマットがあるので

すぐに覚えられます。

サンプル・カタログ管理

壁紙や床材の見本を取り寄せます。

最新のインテリアトレンドにいち早く

触れられる楽しい作業です。

現地調査の同行

たまに実際の建物へ足を運びます。

お部屋のサイズを測るお手伝いなど、

リノベーションの現場を肌で

まずはPCの基本操作から。

建築用語を少しずつ覚え、

サンプルの整理などを通じて仕事の流れを

掴んでいきます。

  • 入社3ヶ月目

CADソフトの使い方に慣れてくる頃。

簡単な図面の修正を任され、

「自分が図面を作っている」

という実感が湧いてくるはずです。

  • 入社1年後

一通りのサポートを一人で完結。

設計士から「君がいて助かるよ」と

頼りにされる存在へと成長しています。
