募集背景:

事業拡大に伴い、人事業務をご担当いただける方を新たに募集します。

仕事内容:

人事総務部で、人事領域の業務を中心にご担当いただきます。

部の管掌範囲が広く、ご自身のキャリア志向に合わせて様々な経験を積むことも可能なポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・給与計算/社会保険業務(アウトソース管理)

・勤怠、労務管理

・人事制度の運用、制度改善

・教育・研修の企画運用

・中途採用、採用広報

・組織開発、エンゲージメント施策

・その他、季節業務や関連会社とのリレーション

など

応募資格:

・労務業務(給与計算・社会保険手続き・就業規則管理・労使関係管理など)の経験3年以上

・人事制度(等級・評価・報酬)の運用、制度改善 業務の経験3年以上

・事業会社での人事経験

・動画配信事業やエンターテインメントに興味をお持ちの方

・学歴不問
