業務内容

  • 施工管理

新築(分譲住宅・注文住宅)部門または

リフォーム・リノベーション部門にて、

施工管理としての業務全般をお任せします。

主な業務は以下の通りです。

【具体的な業務】

・新築(分譲住宅・注文住宅)工事着工後の現場監理

・住宅のリフォーム・リノベーション案件の現場監理

・完成後の引渡し

【仕事の特徴】

見積り・図面作成や発注業務は専任の

設計担当者や積算購買担当が担当する等、

1つの物件をチームで作っていくため、

現場管理の業務に専念することができます。

【担当エリア】

新築やリフォーム工事を行うエリアは

勤務地から30分圏内移動で拘束される

時間が少ないので、効率よく働きたい

という方にもピッタリです

新築部門は4名、リフォーム・リノベーション部門は5名のスタッフが活躍中

求める人物像

  • 木造建築に関する新築施工管理の経験がある方
  • 2級建築士・2級建築施工管理技士の資格があれば

実務経験がない方も検討しますのでご相談ください。

  • 要-普通自動車免許(オートマok)

月給:300,000円 〜 450,000円

基本給:月給 26万円 ~ 41万円

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり18時間 ~ 22時間)

固定残業時間を超えた場合は、別途支給
