【仕事内容】
デジタル技術を用いて、データ利活用を推進するためのデータ分析、ソリューション提供・構築、および付随する各種業務をお任せします。ベンダーを巻き込み、お客様ニーズに沿ってキャッチアップを図ろうとするため、案件次第では最新技術に触れることができます。
<具体的な業務内容>
規模は小規模~中規模が多いですが、案件によっては大規模開発のうちの一員となることがあり、案件状況に依存します。また、ライセンスビジネスではなく、SIサービスを提供することが主軸であるため、案件次第であったとしても技術者としての価値を提供することが求められます。
案件に入れば案件内の裁量があり、PMについても若いうちからチャレンジできる土壌があり、若手から責任が大きい作業を担当することができます。
また、新しい技術へのチャレンジが歓迎されるため、勉強意欲があれば、若手の成長がしやすい環境にあるのが特徴です。
【求める人材】

・SAS等の分析予測ツール, MicroStrategy等のBIツール経験
・Python等の分析予測ツール, MicroStrategy等のBIツール経験
・Informatica等データマネジメントツール経験
・DBA経験/OS/ミドルウェア/オンプレ基盤/クラウド基盤の構築の知見
・要件~基盤まで一通りの知識をもったフルスタックエンジニア
・SIer企業におけるオープン系の開発経験2年以上
