手がけた製品は、ATMの通帳印刷や納品書の伝票印刷など様々な場所で活用されています。

接客ナシで集中して取り組める

コツコツ・モクモクと進める作業が好きな方にオススメです。

手作業なので慣れるまでちょっとコツが必要ですが、

先輩スタッフが丁寧に教えるので、未経験の方も大丈夫

手袋支給や消毒液の常備もあり、衛生面も安心ですよ。

【仕事内容】

[1]インクリボンをカートリッジに充填

充填機にリボンとカートリッジをセット。

充填する長さを設定して、ボタン操作で機械が作動します。

[2]インクリボンのリボン生地を、ハサミでカット。

リボンにはつなぎ目があるので、その部分の余った生地をハサミできれいにカットします。

  • コツは、はさみの入れ方

ハサミの持ち方、角度、距離感などを覚えれば、上手にカットできます。

[3]生地の仕立て直し

インクリボンのリボン生地を、詰め替え容器の中にきれいに収納します。

手のひらサイズの細長い棒を使用して、蛇腹状に収納していくイメージです。

[4]ロットナンバーを付ける

一つひとつにロットナンバーが記載されたラベルを貼っていきます。

[5]梱包

ポリ袋や、収縮パックなど、梱包するものによって容器はそれぞれ異なります。

製品を入れて、専用の機械に通します。あとは機械が自動で密封します。

[6]その他(組立など)

シームレスインクリボンという、小さいインクリボンの組み立てをしてもらうこともあります。

部品が細かいので、ピンセットを使用して作業してもらいます。

【給与】

時給1,170円~1,250円

※工場勤務経験による

※社会保険加入は応相談

【月収例】

131,040円(時給1,170円、1日7時間勤務、月16日勤務の場合

192,500円(時給1,250円、1日7時間勤務、月22日勤務の場合)

9:00~17:00(休憩1h)もしくは

9:00~18:00内で実働7h以上
