業務内容
IRスペシャリストは、メルカリグループの企業価値を高めるために、ステークホルダーとの対話を企画・設計・実行する中核的な役割を担います。決算資料の作成や説明会運営といった定常業務に留まらず、経営陣との議論や市場環境の分析を通じて、投資家コミュニケーションの高度化を自らリードしていくポジションです。また、AI活用による業務効率化、複数プロダクトの成長ストーリーの構築、セルサイドIR取材への対応など、幅広いチャレンジが可能であり、社内外の双方でスキルを磨ける環境が整っています。

メルカリは2018年6月に上場しましたが、引き続き事業領域も拡大し、現在進行形で成長している企業です。そのため、単なる決算説明にとどまらず、事業構造、収益モデル、社会的インパクトを含めた大きな絵を自ら描き、市場に伝える高度なチャレンジが求められます。
少人数かつフラットな組織であり、CFO、CEOとも直接IRに関する議論を行い、成果物である決算発表および以降の投資家、アナリストとの面談についても各メンバーが対応しており、プライム上場企業でありつつ一次情報に触れながら、自らが市場理解を深め、企業価値向上に貢献できる手応えを感じられるポジションです。

歓迎する経験・スキル
海外の投資家を含む対外的なコミュニケーションをリードできるコミュニケーション能力および英語力
財務会計、管理会計への知見
資本市場と相対(セル・バイ問わず)してきた経験

日本語:Proficient (CEFR - C1)必須
