つばめグループは、名古屋市の高齢者徘徊支援事業に協力する警備サービス企業です。
タクシーは単なる移動手段ではなく、地域社会を守る重要な役割を担っています。
あなたの運転と気配りが、困っている方々に「安心」をお届けする仕事です。
【お任せすること】
・「新・まもるくん」「まもるくん」などの緊急通報サービスに対応し、GPS位置情報で最寄りの警備車両として急行対応
・「みつけたくん」を通じて、迷子になった高齢者の捜索・保護業務に携わる
・マンション共用部からの緊急通報にも対応し、高齢者向け施設のセキュリティを支える
・中部電力ミライズコネクトの見守りサービス連携業務など、多角的な支援体制をサポート

第一種普通自動車免許があれば、特別な経験は不要。二種免許も入社後に取得可能で、会社が全額負担。新人ドライバーも1年目からベテランと同様の給与を得られる独自システムがあります。

【給与情報】
月給40万〜60万円で、あなたの努力が直結する仕組みになっています。
基本給に加え、売上の約42%程度が成果給として上乗せされます。
当社は予約やアプリでの配車が多く、新人ドライバーにも安定して業務をお任せできるため、初年度から高い給与水準を実現できます。

皆勤手当、回数手当、家族手当、資格手当、役職手当など、多くの形で努力を評価します。
入社後最大1年間は保証給30万円があり、接客・運転技術向上に集中できる環境が整っています。
