施工管理スタッフは、工事現場が安全に、

予定通り、品質を保ちながら進むように管理・サポートする仕事です。

現場の中心となり、多くの人と関わりながらプロジェクトを進めていきます。

■工事スケジュール(工程)の管理

■現場の安全確認・指示

■職人さんや協力会社との打ち合わせ

■資材の発注・管理

■施工状況・品質のチェック

■写真撮影、報告書などの書類作成 など

入社後は、いきなり難しい業務を任されることはありません。

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00〜18:00(実働: 8時間)

※1日の勤務時間が6時間を超える場合は45分以上、

8時間を超える場合は1時間以上の休憩あり

平均所定労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

・3,500,000円/入社1年目・22歳
