【仕事内容】

東証プライム上場企業戦略子会社である当社にて、情報システム部門が管轄するインフラやファシリティに関して、10年後を見据えた構想を企画し、実行する段階まで力強くリードできる方を募集します。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・生産性向上、業務改善に向けた社内システム構築

・部門のニーズヒアリング

・システム要件定義~設計

・開発協力会社との折衝や調整業務

・次世代の社内ITインフラの企画や導入、プロジェクトのPMO

・ゼロトラストをテーマとした基盤~エンドポイントまでのあるべき姿の策定、導入

・ファシリテータとして合意形成および進捗管理のための会議開催/司会進行/進捗管理など

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

<経験>

・情報システム部門での3年以上の実務経験 ※コンサルのみは不可

・プロジェクトリーダーまたはマネージャーとしてITプロジェクトをリードした経験

・アプリまたはインフラエンジニアとしての開発実務経験3年以上

<学歴補足>

・大学院、大学、専修・各種学校卒以上
