ドリーム・アーツでは、事業成長を支える人材獲得の中核を担う「採用リーダー」を募集しています。新卒・中途採用の戦略設計から実行、チームマネジメント、経営層との連携まで、採用活動全体をリードしていただきます。
主な業務
- 採用戦略の立案・実行
・中長期の採用戦略・計画の策定
・採用KPIの設計・モニタリング
・採用ブランディング・マーケティング施策の企画・実行(SNS、Web、イベント等)
・採用チャネルの最適化(エージェント、ダイレクトリクルーティング、リファラル等)
- 採用プロセスの設計・改善
・選考プロセスの設計・改善(スピード・質の両立)
・候補者の選考体験の向上施策
・オンボーディングプロセスの設計・運用
- チームマネジメント・関係者連携
・採用チームのマネジメント(目標設定・育成・評価)
・経営層・事業部門との連携による採用ターゲット・採用要望の調整
・社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝・調整

45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給する
