職務内容
- 一般事務・OA事務全般
- 契約書・届出書類の製本、押印、郵送、ファイリング
- 登記簿謄本・印鑑登録証明書の取得
- 社員入社時のコンプライアンス関連手続き
- 社員の定期宣誓(Affirmation)状況の管理
- 研修履歴・記録の管理
- 当局・業界団体からの通知や情報の管理
- 各種モニタリング業務および付随業務
理想の人材
- アシスタント業務の実務経験が2年程度ある方
- 正確性・機密保持意識が高く、細かい事務作業を丁寧に進められる方
- 英語での読み書き・業務コミュニケーションが可能な方
- コンプライアンスや金融業界に関心があり、サポート役として組織を支えることにやりがいを感じる方
