仕事内容:

【焼いたり揚げたりの調理は一切ナシ】

ナリコマフードによる配食サービスを利用しており、メインの作業はセントラルキッチンで作られた食材を温め、盛り付ける等の作業です。

提供食数も決まっているので(入居者様数50名)、慌てず計画的に作業ができます。

【主なお仕事】

●盛付:調理済食材を温め、料理をお皿に盛り付ける作業

●組膳:入居者様ごとのお食事用トレイに、盛り付けたお皿を並べる作業

→メイン・小鉢・汁・ごはんをトレイに配置

●配膳チェック:入居者様ごとの料理に間違いがないかチェック

●洗浄:食べ終わった食器等を予洗いし、食器洗浄機にかけて乾燥させる作業 等
