仕事内容:

営業および事務処理担当として、以下の業務を行っていただきます:

  • 営業活動:
  • 日本国内の新規機械加工業関係の顧客の開拓を行い、既存顧客との関係を維持・強化します。
  • 顧客ニーズを把握し、最適な提案を行います。
  • 資料の作成、顧客訪問の準備
  • 商談・契約:
  • 客先との商談を通じて、契約条件の交渉や締結を担当します。
  • 取引先との信頼関係を築き、長期的な関係を目指します。
  • 受注管理:
  • 受注後の業務フローを管理し、納期調整や出荷手配を行います。
  • 各種データの管理や分析を通じて、業務の効率化を図ります。
  • 事務処理:
  • 各種書類の作成、データ入力、顧客対応など、日常の事務業務を行います。
  • 業務に必要な資料や情報を整理し、チーム内での共有を促進します。
  • 国際貿易業務:
  • 輸出入に関する手続きや書類作成を行い、通関業務のサポートをします。
  • 国際市場でのビジネス展開を支援し、会社の成長に貢献します。

・北米及び中国、韓国、ベトナムへ出張する回数は年に3回ほどあります。

・福岡にベースとしますが、日本国内は大阪、名古屋、神戸なへに出張する可能性があります。
