仕事内容
事業内容拡大に伴う人員の確保のため、
東京セールスオフィスで、工業用/ラボ水質計の国内営業を担っていただきます。
代理店向けルート営業から新規顧客開拓、ユーザへの新規提案・仕様取り纏めまで、幅広く活躍いただきます。
HORIBA祖業製品である卓上型pH計を始めとした、ラボ水質計や工業用連続測定水質計を代理店やプラントメーカーに販売を担う部門となります。代理店向け説明会やユーザー訪問による提案営業となります。
「新しい顧客へ、新しい価値をいかにしてお届けるするか?」を日々考えながら、訪問型の営業だけでなくウェブセミナー、動画コンテンツ企画、キャンペーン企画など様々な方法で顧客へのアプローチを実践。
顧客の購買行動が変容する中で、新しいチャレンジを通して事業成長を継続させる重要なミッションを担っています。
【仕事の流れ】
新規顧客の開拓:市場シェア拡大を目指し、ターゲティングを実施。ターゲット顧客への提案により人脈を形成し拡販を行う。
契約代理店へのルート営業:年間の目標設定に対する進捗管理と拡販支援、同行営業。販売パートナーとして、各代理店の販売力を活かした営業・販促支援を行う。
売上解析:売上数字を解析し、目標値との乖離や原因を考察し課題を抽出する。
引合い創出・マーケティング活動:数字を解析し抽出した課題点を潰し引合いを最大化するため、キャンペーンの企画・立案、営業チラシの作成などのマーケティング活動を推進する。

また、国内だけでなく海外を含めた営業全体の牽引に携わっていただく可能性もあります。

担当するエリアでのミッションを達成するため、自ら行動計画を立てて営業活動を推進します。毎週のチーム会議や定期的な上司との1on1で進捗を共有・確認しながら、自主性とオーナーシップを持って働くスタイルです。

入社後、初めは記載された業務を担当いただきますが、その後は個々の適性に応じて、当社や関連グループにおける業務全般に変更の可能性もあります。
求めるスキル
【必須要件】
・メーカ営業の経験、もしくはFA機器販売商社の経験
・Word、PPT、ExcelなどOAスキル
・自動車普通免許

・理科学機器の営業経験
・代理店向け営業経験
・理系出身者歓迎
・TOEIC600点以上
