The Role

Your mission will drive and support the Sales & Marketing development and Implementation of our Smart Factory solutions in Japan. To ensure we become and remain "First in Mind, First in Choice" at the customers.

The Smart Factory Solution Manager is an essential resource providing technical and marketing support to our GI sales team and key customers.

In this role, you will report to the Business Line Manager, General Industry in Japan.

Major responsibilities: 仕事内容

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing day-to-day technical activities support to GI sales team and key customers.

    • GI営業チームと主要顧客に日常の技術活動のサポートを提供する。

  • Coordinating with division in preparation and execution of product training and seminars to GI sales team and key customers.

    • 本部と調整しながら、GI営業チームと主要顧客に対する製品トレーニングやセミナーの準備と実施する。

  • Presenting and demonstrating the values of our Smart Assembly Solution (including screw feeding, data traceability, Vision systems, ect.) to key customers.

    • 主要顧客に対して当社のスマート組立ソリューション(ネジ供給、データトレーサビリティ、ビジョンシステムなどを含む)の価値を提示 し、デモンストレーションする。

  • Close communication with Product Company in Sweden and Application Center in China, getting updated information & training regarding new products, solution and applications.

    • スウェーデンの本部工場および中国のアプリケーションセンターと緊密にコミュニケーションを取りながら、新製品、ソリューション、 アプリケーションに関するトレーニングを受けて、最新情報を取得する。

  • Coordinating with Application Center and local MTB (Machine Tools Builders) for Project Proposal. Developing relevant local MTB. Planning, managing and implementing Projects within the specification and schedule.

    • アプリケーションセンターおよび国内のMTB(機械製造業者)と調整しながら、プロジェクトを提案する。国内の関連するMTBを開発。 仕様とスケジュール内でプロジェクトを計画、管理、実施する。

  • Support the participation to relevant exhibition.

    • 関連する展示会の参会をサポートする。

  • Coordinating with other innovation/automation center in other customer center (in future).

    • (将来)他の国のイノベーション/オートメーション センターと調整する。

  • Traveling within the country will be necessary.

    • 国内の出張が必要になる。

    What we expect of you?

    The ideal candidate has an academic background in engineering or equivalent through experience as this is role is primarily focused on 'technical' competence development.

  • Excellent and proven tightening product / project / service experience.

  • A good knowledge of Atlas Copco / ITBA business and product portfolio.

    • アトラスコプコのITBAのビジネスと製品ポートフォリオに関する十分な知識。

  • Good technical understanding and experience of mechanical product and its application in various segments.

  • Smart Manufacturing or Automation experience.

    • スマートマニュファクチャリングまたはオートメーションの経験。

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Japanese fluent and English business level (oral and written).
